Comforting Hydro Toner is a gentle declaration of love for sensitive skin. Its vegan, alcohol-free formulation has both a calming and a refreshing effect. A special oat extract improves the sensation of itchiness and the appearance of scaly, reddened skin. Provitamin B5 supports the calming effect and works together with glycerine and sorbitol to improve the skin's moisture content.
